My personal manager, Carlo is excellent. Being a landlord during Covid was tough and Carlo knew all the rules/regulations and assisted me in navigating my way through. I mostly dealt with Carlo and it was evident he was assisted by a great staff.

I have been using Westside Property Management since 2018 and I highly recommend them. I am totally hands off. Westside has done a good job finding tenants, setting up and renewing the leases and handling maintenance/repairs.

Westside has overscene both commercial and residential properties under our portfolio and are consistently at the forefront of service and support for both tenants and landowners. Doreen, our account manager, is an absolute gem along with Ed who oversees much of the mitigation efforts when tenants request fixes. Eric too, who assists with commercial leases focusses on highly complex leases and associated state and local laws. The entire team from their accounting department to their ownership is communicative and professional.

Most positive experience I’ve had renting in the past 7 years has been through WPM. Justeen in particular did a phenomenal job in communicating at all phases of my 2.5 year tenancy. She made sure move in, move out, and all maintenance requests during my rental were properly handled. Would definitely consider renting from Justeen and her team again.

Shout out to Angie Noda and the WPM team — having lived 9 years in Santa Monica, we always felt appreciated as valued tenants, and safely supported by their team. I would also highlight during the Palisades fires in early 2025, WPM went above and beyond to communicate how to navigate the situation in real-time, including proactive sharing of open listings to help those affected. This was a very meaningful gesture during an impossibly challenging time. Would be thrilled to rent through WPM in the future!

Mariel Guinucud the Coordinator of Maintenance department of Westside Property Management.is the most professional, knowledgeable, caring and Unique, priceless asset of the company. All emergencies of maintenance that I had were taking care of immediately with extremely professional, reliable companies and the best handyman. all that they did was perfect. I can't find any words to thank Mariel. my problems were: The water did not come from the shower, just from below, drain clog in bathtub, handles of bathtub, removal of old AC and replace it with glass, bathroom paint because of back spots....
